Combine Multiple Pages Into A Single PDF
If there is one thing thing that the people want to do with PDF’s, besides view them, it’s combine them.
If there is one thing that you can’t do with Adobe Reader that the people want to do, it’s combine PDF’s.
The solution is stamping your feet and swearing to get your boss to buy Adobe Acrobat Professional. Acrobat makes light work of combining PDF’s by simply choosing File > Create PDF > From Multiple Files. You will get the simple dialog box below where you can drag and drop files, rearrange them, and save them back out with a variety of quality choices.

I wouldn’t expect Adobe to move this feature from Arobat into Reader anytime soon, as that feature alone probably sells more copy of Acrobat than anything else.
