Are you considering buying Acrobat, but looking for a more inexpensive alternative? If so, you may want to consider PDF Online. With this product, you pay a monthly fee (around $10) and are able to make PDF files from Microsoft Word and other file types. You won’t get all of Acrobat’s features, but PDF Online is a good option if you don’t want to pay $450 for Acrobat Professional.

That’s right, you can just upload your PDF to PDF Hammer and do it all right there. Pretty slick. You can also move pages in your PDF to the front back or move pages forward or back one.

Acrobat’s Output Preview feature is used for print production. You can use the feature for viewing color separations and color warnings. Separations allow you to see all the different process colors (cyan, magenta, yellow, and black) and spot colors (other specific colors). The Output Preview feature also lets you test different color profiles on your PDF. If you’re using Acrobat for print production, the Output Preview is worth checking out.
